Welcome to the RJ4All e-courses website where you can find certified digital training programmes designed and delivered by experts as well as interactive e-courses for children and young people.
The content of our courses is developed by our team at the Restorative Justice for All (RJ4All) International Institute as well as partners and experts from around the world. E-courses are added on a regular basis and are fully accessible for those with hearing and visual impairments.
Most of our e-courses are in English, but there is functionality to translate them in other languages. Some e-courses are also in other languages. They are interactive and include free downloadable resources such as e-books, articles and training manuals. We have expertise in restorative justice, criminal justice, human rights, equality and young people. We have also pioneered courses in user-led and youth-led research methods, user-led social policy and evaluation. The ecourses convener is Professor Dr. Theo Gavrielides, RJ4All Founder and Director.
The RJ4All International Institute is a charitable NGO with a mission to advance community cohesion and human rights locally, nationally and internationally. We redistribute power in a more equal way by delivering social justice projects, educational, sport and art-based programmes as well as high-quality volunteering and mobility opportunities to the most marginalised groups of society. This website and its e-courses is one of the many vehicles that we use to rebalance power.
The RJ4All International Institute is a Vocational, Educational and Training provider that follows The European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET). This is a technical framework that has been introduced by the European Commission and which supports the transfer, recognition and accumulation of learning outcomes across Europe. ECVET provides a set of principles and tools that facilitate the process of learner recognition, with a view to achieving a qualification. Our e-courses are developed within the ECVET Framework. Through the use of learning outcomes, ECVET allows for improved design and enhanced quality assurance in the delivery of our e-courses.
In addition, some of our courses have a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) status meaning that successful completion leads to a CPD Certification. CPD points/ units are awards depending on the weight of each e-course. Once successfully completed, the trainee can download the CPD certificate from this website.
For our young learners, courses that have been designed as part of our Erasmus+ funded projects we offer YouthPass. Furthermore, RJ4All has the Quality Mark from the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) as a receiving and sending organisation. Therefore, young people who under-take our e-courses as part of our ESC programmes, can also receive ESC Certificate of Participation.
If you are interested in commissioning an e-course from the RJ4All International Institute, please email courses@rj4all.org

E-courses for professionals
We specialise in designing and providing Continuous Professional Development (CPD) accredited e-courses to professionals who work or volunteer in sectors such as research and evaluation, criminal justice, restorative justice, equality, human rights, youth work and evidence-based policy.

E-courses for young people
We take pride in our innovative e-courses designed for 12-30 year olds. They cover modules such as research methods, project management, youth-led research methods, human rights, criminal justice, restorative justice and equality. Some of these courses are the results of our Erasmus+ funded youth programmes and thus not only they provide YouthPass certification, but are also evidence-based.

E-courses for organisations
We are pioneers in delivering bespoke e-courses to public sector, private and civil society organisations. These courses focus on restorative justice, conflict resolution, victims’ rights, diversity and empowerment.
In addition to being designed within The European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET), RJ4All courses, training events and seminars are certified with a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) status, meaning that successful completion can lead to CPD certification.
CPD is the holistic commitment of professionals towards the enhancement of personal skills and proficiency throughout their careers. CPD is the term used to describe the learning activities professionals engage in to develop and enhance their abilities. It enables learning to become conscious and proactive, rather than passive and reactive. Professionals can be of any age and the certificate can be used across sectors.
Just in the UK, there are over 1000 institutes and professional bodies, and RJ4All is one of the CPD provider organisations. Accompanied by such growth is the acceptance that academic qualifications must offer more vocational and skills-based or ‘practical’ learning. A structured, practical and methodical approach to learning helps employers across industries to keep key staff and develop the skills & knowledge in their organisations to maintain a sustainable and competitive advantage.
Furthermore, engaging in CPD ensures that both academic and practical qualifications do not become out-dated or obsolete; allowing individuals to continually ‘up skill’ or ‘re-skill’ themselves, regardless of occupation, age or educational level.
At the end of each CPD e-course, the trainee is able to download a tailored CPD Certificate awarding them CPD units/ credits. These credits reflect the level of difficulty of each e-course as well as the time needed to complete it. To find out more about CPD units and how they work follow this link
Accredited CPD training and events mean the learning activity has reached the required Continuing Professional Development standards and benchmarks. Furthermore, it also means that the learning value has been scrutinised to ensure integrity and quality. This independent scrutiny is provided by the CPD Certification Service. Its experts provide recognised independent CPD accreditation compatible with global CPD requirements.
Therefore, all our e-courses are submitted for scrutiny and approval by the CPD Certification Service, which also approves the value and number of points for each e-course. This is indicated in the introductory description of our e-courses. In order to receive the CPD certificate, learners are asked to complete a test, which is timed. If successful, the learner is given the option to either download their CPD Certificate directly from this website or contact the CPD Certification Service requesting for it to be sent to them.
Some of our e-courses have been constructed within the Erasmus+ and ESC frameworks and therefore offer YouthPass certification. Youthpass is a tool to document and recognise learning outcomes from youth work and solidarity activities.
YouthPass is a part of the European Commission’s strategy to foster the recognition of non-formal learning, putting policy into practice and practice into policy. As a Europe-wide recognition instrument for non-formal learning in the youth field, Youthpass strengthens the social recognition of youth work. Youthpass also aims at supporting the employability of young people and of youth workers by raising their awareness of and helping to describe their competences, and by documenting their acquisition of key competences on a certificate.
In order to access our e-courses you will need to create a unique account. Our website and institute follows the GDPR regulations and we have a strict data policy that protects all our users’ privacy.
As a charitable institute, most of our e-courses are provided for free. Where a cost is involved this is highly subsidised and all proceeds are re-invested into our charitable aims.
